Unity Programmer

Looking for an experience Unity programmer to join the team!

Skills and Experience

  • 3+ years experience working with Unity and current familiarity with the engine
  • Experience working with existing codebases a must
  • At least one shipped title, preferably console facing

    Game Designer

    Looking for an experienced game designer to join the team!

    Skills and Experience

  • 3-7 years of experience of professional game design experience
  • Comfortable pitching and generating early prototypes
  • At least 1 shipped title, preferably console facing
  • Experience in all stages of game development, from pre-production to post-launch
  • Must be interested in many kinds of games, from core entertainment to educational and training games
  • What You’ll be Doing

    Helping craft entertainment and educational games with our existing teams and designers!
    • Work on both web, console, and PC facing experiences
    • Enjoys short turnaround projects (3-6 months)
    • Collaborate on both internal and client-facing projects
    • Create designs for both educational or training game experience and traditional entertainment "core" games
    Nice To Haves
    • Designers with experience with 3d games strongly preferred
    • Firm grasp of calculus and linear algebra
    • Some amount of programming or scripting experience

    Financial Controller

    Looking for a Financial Controller to join the team!

    Skills and Experience

  • Familiarity with accounting and financial realities of doing business in British Columbia
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or similar
  • CPA or CMA designation, or both
  • Experience doing controller duties at a labour/service oriented company a significant plus
  • Experience doing controller duties at an animation or software development company also an asset

    • Monthly accounting reconciliations
    • Weekly labour reconciliations
    • Weekly cashflow analysis and projection

    Operations Manager

    Looking for an Operations Manager to join the team!

    Skills and Experience

    • 3-7 years of either Operations, IT, Office Management, Building Management, or equivalent experience
    • Adjacent experience in production or manufacturing acceptable
    • Valid driver’s license

    What You’ll be Doing

    • Shipping/receiving packages
    • Access Control (setting up keyfobs for new hires)
    • New employee onboarding (account setup, email signatures, etc)
    • Office upkeep (Keeping the office tidy, telling people to empty the fridge, defrosting the freezer, etc)
    • Building service requests (recycling pickup, maintenance requests, etc)
    • Checking mail & dealing with appropriately (forwarding, emailing, etc)
    • COVID logistics (moving desks around as necessary to ensure a safe environment for staff, dropping off hardware at people's houses)
